Can I return my item for a refund?
Yes. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in it's original packaging and condition.
Please note you cannot return:
- Belly bars
- Stockings, socks or tights
- Nose rings
How do I make a return?
To return your item/s please follow these simple steps:
- Fill in the 'contact us' form
- Include your order number and reason for return in the message box
- We will respond to you within 48 hours, informing you of our return address details
- We recommend posting your items as recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us!
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We aim to process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your item/s. Please note, we will contact you only when your item has been refunded, not when we receive your item.
All refunds will be processed via the same way you made your purchase. I.e. if you used your debit card to make your purchase, your return will be refunded back to your debit card.
Will I be refunded shipping charges?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Can I return my item once it has been tried on?
Yes. It must be in it's original packaging and condition in order to be eligible for a refund. If your item does not meet these requirements we will not issue a refund.
Do I have to pay for return costs?
If you would like to return your item/s, return costs are to be paid by the customer. However, in the unlikely event your item is received faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a reimbursement. In this case, please hold on to your proof of purchase receipt.
