Our returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
Several items are exempt from being returned for hygiene safety reasons. These are listed below:
- Nose rings
- Stockings, socks or tights
- Belly bars
- Eyelash extensions
- Tongue Rings
To begin your return, please fill in the 'Contact Us' form stating your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with 48 hours informing you of our return address details.
Once we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund confirmation. Please all up-to 5 business for monies to show in your bank account or PayPal account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the 'contact us' form.
We do not offer refunds for sale items unless the item is faulty or damaged on receipt.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty or damaged item/s, please send an email to: email@example.com we will inform you of our return address.
Returning your item/s
You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advice that you consider using a tracked shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returned items that are not received without proof of postage receipt, are not eligible for a refund.
